Ordering Instructions:

To ensure accurate processing, please fill out the required fields with the following information:

1. Hunter's Name: Provide the full name of the hunter who is displaying the euro mount.

2. Harvest Location (County and State): Enter the county where the euro mount was harvested. Include the abbreviated state (e.g., PA for Pennsylvania).

3. Date of Harvest: Write the full date the euro mount was harvested. Make sure the date is spelled out completely (e.g., November 30, 2024).

4. Plaque Color: Select your choice of either Burnt Pine, or Espresso stained. See pictures for difference in options. 

Mounting Instructions:

1. Pick the location on the plaque where you want to mount the Skull hook.

2. Bend the hook to the desired position for displaying your trophy.

3. Attach the hook with the included screws.

4. Attach the plaque to the wall through the provided mounting hole.
